Adidas Foundation x SOS Children’s Village Indonesia – Sport for Development (S4D)
I lead the Adidas Foundation-funded Sport for Development program across four Indonesian cities (Jakarta, Semarang, Yogyakarta, and Medan), using sport as a catalyst for empowering children, youth, and caregivers. By coordinating teams, designing context-driven curricula, and partnering with communities and government stakeholders, I help build resilience and sustainable impact–while ensuring rigorous monitoring, advocacy, and child safeguarding.
As a consultant, I bridge strategy and execution: scaling grassroots initiatives, optimizing program management systems, and aligning local needs with global frameworks for holistic development.
